Our Founding Team

Kevin

CO-FOUNDER, PROJECT LEAD

Kevin started his journey in the Colorado hardwood flooring industry in 2012. From the very start, he was captivated by the craftsmanship and artistry involved in creating beautiful hardwood floors. Over the years, he gained extensive experience and a deep understanding of the trade. His passion for high-quality flooring and commitment to excellence led him to establish his own company. He strives to deliver superior craftsmanship on every project, ensuring each floor is built to last. He is hands-on with his Lead Flooring Technician, Dan. Above all, he believes in building genuine, long-term relationships with clients, offering not just a product, but an experience they can trust and enjoy..
Lauren

CO-FOUNDER, SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Lauren started her journey in the Colorado hardwood flooring industry in early 2022. As the only female field sales rep and estimator in NoCo, she brings a unique perspective to a male-dominated field. She is the heart of the team, ensuring that every project runs smoothly from start to finish. With a natural talent for organization and a passion for creating seamless client experiences, she plays a key role in keeping our operations efficient and client-focused. She’s dedicated to clear communication and high standards of quality throughout each project, and her attention to detail and commitment to excellence help elevate every aspect of our work.
Dan

LEAD FLOORING TECHNICIAN

Dan started his journey in the Colorado hardwood flooring industry in 2013. Hardwood flooring installation and refinishing are his specialties but his experience goes beyond that—from framing, to drywall, to woodworking, to general construction. Over the years, he has developed a deep passion for hardwood flooring, from installing intricate layouts and working with unique wood species to restoring old floors to their former beauty. With a keen eye for detail and a perfectionist’s approach, he takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship in every project.

Kiki

SALES MANAGER

Kiki Joined our team after first experiencing our work as a client. With a strong background in project management and years managing integrated marketing campaigns at tech companies, she brings exceptional organization, clear communication, and a love for timelines and detailed lists to every client interaction. Passionate about design and architecture, her driven and detail-oriented approach ensures clients feel supported from the first conversation through project completion. In her free time, she enjoys training her energetic puppy, practicing Lagree, and enjoying everything Northern Colorado has to offer with her husband.
Ty

PROJECT LEAD

Ty began his journey in the hardwood flooring industry in his teenage years and has had a passion for hardwood floors ever since. He brings extensive hands-on experience and a keen eye for detail to every job. Sanding and refinishing is his specialty, and he is exceptionally talented in this area. He is also highly skilled in hardwood installation, waterproof laminate installation, and LVP installation. Client’s love working with him. He’s an amazing people person who makes every project enjoyable. In his free time, he enjoys camping, hiking, snowboarding, and spending time with his family and two dogs.
Ian

PROJECT LEAD

Ian began his journey in the NoCo hardwood flooring industry in 2017. A true perfectionist who grew up around construction with his father, he specializes in high-quality hardwood installation, hardwood refinishing, custom stair work, and intricate patterns. His strong attention to detail and dedication to true craftsmanship deliver beautiful results on every project. Ian is a proud father of three and a loving dog dad. Outside of work, he loves to be somewhere outdoors whether it be golfing, snowboarding, fishing, camping, or hiking.
Travis

DEMOLITION SPECIALIST
Travis began his career in restoration and demo at the age of 15, first working to repair the damage from the 1997 Spring Creek flood in Fort Collins. Gaining decades of experience working in residential and commercial fire/water jobs he’s seen it all. With several certificates, including a Masters in Applied Structural Drying, from the IICRC, he has a passion for his work and takes pride in his results. He has a constant drive for excellence and leaving areas clean for our homeowners. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his large family, camping, reading, bike riding, and playing handball professionally all over the country.
Kolton

LEAD RAILING TECHNICIAN

Kolton began his career in woodworking while working at his grandparents’ custom furniture shop in Wisconsin. During that time, he developed a strong foundation in fine craftsmanship. He now specializes in high-quality handrail, stair, and interior trim installations. Kolton is known for his attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to delivering clean, quality-driven results on every project. Outside of work, Kolton and his wife love spending time hiking in the mountains with their dog and just enjoying the great outdoors.

Who We Are

Kevin and Lauren are easy going, hard-working people who genuinely love what they do. Together, they bring passion, teamwork, and joy to their work. They’re happiest when creating beautiful spaces for their clients and building long-lasting relationships along the way.

When they’re not on a job site or meeting with clients, you’ll usually find them somewhere outdoors with their two dogs, camping, or shooting their bows at the range.

Dan’s passion extends beyond the perfectionism and craftsmanship of the work he delivers. He is also a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, and enjoying the great outdoors.

You will often find him camping, exploring the mountains, or enjoying the open road on his motorcycle.
