Meet the Founding Team

Kevin, our Co-Founder & Project Lead, started his journey in the Colorado hardwood flooring industry in 2012. From the very start, he was captivated by the craftsmanship and artistry involved in creating beautiful hardwood floors. Over the years, he gained extensive experience and a deep understanding of the trade. His passion for high-quality flooring and his commitment to excellence led him to establish his own company. He strives to deliver superior craftsmanship on every project, ensuring each floor is built to last. He is hands-on, with his Lead Flooring Technician, Dan. Above all, he believes in building genuine, long-term relationships with clients, offering not just a product, but an experience they can trust and enjoy.

Lauren, our Co-Founder and Sales & Operations Manager, started her journey in the Colorado hardwood flooring industry in early 2022. As the only female field sales rep and estimator in NoCo, she brings a unique perspective to a male-dominated field. She is the heart of the team, ensuring that every project runs smoothly from start to finish. With a natural talent for organization and a passion for creating seamless client experiences, she plays a key role in keeping our operations efficient and client-focused. She’s dedicated to clear communication and high standards of quality throughout each project, and her attention to detail and commitment to excellence help elevate every aspect of our work.

Dan, our Lead Flooring Technician, started his journey in the Colorado hardwood flooring industry in 2013. Hardwood flooring is his specialty but his experience goes beyond that—from framing, to drywall, to woodworking, to general construction. Over the years, he has developed a deep passion for hardwood flooring, from installing intricate layouts and working with unique wood species to restoring old floors to their former beauty. With a keen eye for detail and a perfectionist’s approach, he takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship in every project.

Who We Are

Kevin and Lauren are easy going, hard-working people who genuinely love what they do. Together, they bring passion, teamwork, and joy to their work. They’re happiest when creating beautiful spaces for their clients and building long-lasting relationships along the way.

When they’re not on a job site or meeting with clients, you’ll usually find them somewhere outdoors with their two dogs, camping, or shooting their bows at the range.

Dan’s passion extends beyond the perfectionism and craftsmanship of the work he delivers. He is also a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, and enjoying the great outdoors.

You will often find him camping, exploring the mountains, or enjoying the open road on his motorcycle.

Meet Our Team Members

Junior, our Purchasing & Inventory Manager, is a U.S. Navy veteran and proud father who lives by discipline and integrity. He handles all materials and purchasing, making sure everything arrives exactly when promised so we can start projects on the scheduled start date with no delays and no surprises. He’s all about quality craftsmanship and giving our customers floors they’ll love for years. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and wood working.

Ty, our Project Lead, began his journey in the hardwood flooring industry in his teenage years and has worked with hardwood floors ever since. Sanding and refinishing is his specialty, and he is exceptionally talented in this area. He is also highly skilled in hardwood installation, waterproof laminate installation, and LVP installation. In his free time, he enjoys camping, hiking, snowboarding, and spending time with his family and two dogs.

Dan, our Project Lead, began his journey in the hardwood flooring industry in 1998 and has been working in flooring ever since. He previously owned and operated his own flooring company for nearly two decades and also worked in flooring material sales for The Dixie Group, specializing in product education, sales, and business development. Dan is highly experienced in site-finished hardwoods, waterproof laminate, and LVP installation. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle, and go boating.

Kolton, our Lead Railing Technician, began his career in woodworking while working at his grandparents’ custom furniture shop in Wisconsin. During that time, he developed a strong foundation in fine craftsmanship. He now specializes in high-quality handrail, stair, and interior trim installations. Kolton is known for his attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to delivering clean, quality-driven results on every project. Outside of work, Kolton and his wife love spending time hiking in the mountains with their dog and just enjoying the great outdoors.
